Shortstays operate the stunning The Yellow Door Guesthouse at 14 Bachelors Walk and The Large Group Guesthouse in Smithfield.

Shortstays recently agreed a long term lease on a 12 unit purpose built aparthotel located at 3 Abbey Street, Howth, overlooking the picturesque Howth marina.

GALWAY

Shortstays manage 42 units across the ‘Gort na Coiribe’ and 'Dun Arus' student complexes. The properties operate as student accommodation during the academic term and short term accommodation during the summer season.

Shorstays recently added a 9 bed guesthouse ideally located on College Road, Galway due to open Summer 2025.

Shortstays manages a further 8 units in Galway City.

WESTPORT

In 2020, Shortstays was chosen as the Serviced Accommodation partner for ‘The Harbour Mills’ holiday complex in Westport. At present, Shortstays manage 20 holiday apartments in the complex.

Shortstays has recently agreed the acquisition of a local property management company. The acquisition brings a further 33 units under management and two complexes of 81 and 21 units.
